Play Therapy

Play Therapy

How does play therapy work?

Our counsellor Karen works with children to give them the opportunity to understand confusing emotions and upsetting events. Rather than attempting to explain what is bothering them, Karen uses play to communicate at their own level and pace, without the fear of interrogation or retaliation.

What are the benefits of play therapy?

*Take responsibility for their actions and improve behaviour

Plus lots of other benefits, please get in touch to see how play therapy could be beneficial for your child.
